Welcome to St. Andrew’s Community. Located in the heart of Chatham, the St. Andrew’s Community is a partnership of St. Andrew’s Residence, Terrace and St. Andrew’s Residence, Chatham Foundation. This community is like no other in Chatham-Kent, offering condominium-style apartments and a Charitable, non-profit retirement Residence. This project began with the vision of a handful of individuals dedicated to the care and wellbeing of seniors in Chatham-Kent. The community of St. Andrew’s started with the construction of St. Andrew’s Residence in 1967 and expanded in 1998 to include 32 life-lease units at St. Andrew’s Terrace. Over the years this community has also grown to include such community outreach services as Meals on Wheels and Senior’s Day Out. We welcome you to ‘Experience the Difference’ that home cooked meals, professional staff and countless activity options can make to your retirement experience.
