Terrace Features
All suites at St. Andrew’s Terrace include a storage locker as well as one reserved parking space. Individual temperature control and furnace is located in each unit. A garbage room is available on each floor.
All Terrace residents are encouraged to take advantage of the bright and spacious Tartan Room and adjoining double balcony. This communal space is available by reservation to any unit owner for private parties, or for unit owners to come together for a group activity.
The building has a controlled entrance and two elevators. An overhead, covered link to St. Andrew’s Residence provides a convenient and safe walkway all year round. Suite owners can enjoy all the amenities offered at the Residence such as planned activities, beautiful grounds, common areas and reception services. In addition, services such as meals, laundry, housekeeping and assistance with daily living can be provided on a fee for service basis. The security of knowing help can be provided by familiar and friendly faces is priceless.
