For over 30 years Meals on Wheels has been delivering hot savoury meals to the Residents within the city limits of Chatham. St. Andrew’s Residence along with Meals on Wheels volunteers, are proud to continue this tradition every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

CHAP
Family Services Kent with the assistance of dedicated volunteers offers transportation to seniors 60 years of age or older and disabled adults at an affordable price.

SENIOR DAY OUT
The Senior Day Out Program at St. Andrew’s Residence is funded through the Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN) and is offered to the Residents of Chatham Kent aged 60 years or older, who are living in their own home or with family members.
