St. Andrew’s Residence offers a variety of personal accommodation options. Residents can choose from a standard or deluxe studio or a 2-room suite.
Our standard and deluxe studio suites offer a bright living space with room for bedroom furniture as well as a comfortable sitting area. All studio suites include built-in closet areas, providing important space for storage and en suite 4-piece bathrooms. Our 2-room suites afford the luxury of a living room and separate bedroom. These suites offer the choice of either a second bath or a personal kitchenette. The 2-room suite is perfect for a couple wishing to share a room, or an individual simply looking for more space than a single room can provide.
At St. Andrew’s Residence, all rooms are equipped with an emergency call bell system with intercoms located in the bedroom and bathroom areas. Every room is also equipped for telephone, cable television and internet services, if a resident desires. Climate control options are provided en suite, allowing residents to set their heating and cooling to their personal preference.
There’s is no need to worry about cleaning or laundry! All resident rooms are cleaned, dusted and vacuumed weekly by our housekeeping staff. Light cleaning of the bathrooms is done more frequently. Linen and towel service is also provided on a regular basis. Personal laundry is done on-site and returned in a timely fashion.
